This year event marked the 22nd edition of the prestigious Business Traveller Middle East Awards, where 40 accolades spanning hotels, airlines, and airports were awarded.
The robust public voting system ensured the authenticity and honesty of the awards, which elevated its stature among its peers.
The event celebrated the companies that facilitated business travel and services, as well as recognised top-level industry executives who were shaping the future of the industry. Some of the biggest names and decision-makers within the sector attended the by-invite only ceremony.

Winning a Business Traveller Middle East Award, which we were lucky to do for 21 consecutive years since 2002, reflects the effort and commitment of everyone at Dubai Duty Free. As an industry benchmark for excellence, the BTME Awards are a celebration of the region’s best, and being shortlisted for and potentially winning this award provides businesses with recognition and validation. It is also a great way to boost employee morale and show that their hard work and dedication have paid off.
